He came out to diagnose my generator, took the time to explain everything to me, checked to see if the issue was covered under warranty, gave me an upfront price, and then got the job done right. He did the full factory maintenance, ran an actual battery load test, and verified gas pressure under load instead of just starting it and calling it done. He explained what he was seeing as he went. Finding an authorized Generac servicing dealer who does the work right and communicates clearly is not easy, and I'm glad to have someone I can call going forward. Chris came out on a Saturday and spent hours making the corrections that were necessary to get our Generac running. Chris refused to leave until the job was done and done right. This is one of the best, if not the best experience I have had with a service provider. I could not recommend Chris and Protek more!!!!Posted on Google
Frank Verea13 May 2026I like this Gentleman, he said 8am and he was here at 8am. He was direct and started to figure out my problems. Once he completed his diagnosis, he told me what he needed to do. Worked and completed in a timely manner. My Generac 24KW is now fully functional once again. He complete a load test with no problems. He also uploaded the latest S/W for my unit. Overall great service and provided info on my unit for future possible concerns. I can't say enough good things about his service today.
